I’m a musician from Melbourne, Australia, best known as the bassist for The Cat Empire from the band’s inception in January 2000 until March 2021.

As a freelance bassist I’ve played shows with Maceo Parker, Barbariön, Felix Riebl, Husky, Jackson Jackson, Jazz Party, Kylie Auldist, Lance Ferguson, Los Cabrones, Luke Howard, Megan Washington, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Roscoe James Irwin, Saskwatch, Songs from the Canyon, Strange James and Tim Rogers.

I’ve also shared the stage and played at least one song, usually in some sort of house-band situation, with Archie Roach, Bryce Dessner (The National), The Chantoozies, Jim Keays (Masters Apprentices), Joe Camilleri, Julia Stone, Kate Ceberano, Michael Spiby, Paul Kelly, Robert Forster, Sally Seltmann, Sam Amidon, Thando and Thomas Bartlett.

I’m currently playing around town with The Meltdown, Psi Phi and Danny Ross.
